DIGITAL PRODUCTION BIBLE
Instructions:
The Production Bible contains everything required to define all elements of a project and its production. The team may choose to do a digital version OR a hardcopy version of the Production Bible. The most important thing is that the information is well organized and available to the entire team. It should also be in a form that is easily presented to the instructors. An organized and professional team blog is an acceptable option. Project Bibles will minimally contain…
· Project overview.
· Project design and styling charts.
· Production schedule, including Milestone dates.
· All final production art including: reference, sketches, style guides, character designs, storyboards, model sheets, environment designs, Backer boards, color scripts, research material, etc., etc.
· ‘Deal Memos’ if you negotiate any variances with the project specs with your faculty.
· Notes from in-class critiques.
· If your team is using a digital production bible, then at the end of Project 400 the team must turn in a final PDF file of images from the blog, so that Digipen may retain a record of your Production Bible.
Note: This Production Bible will be used by your team members throughout the main production period of PRJ 450. It will define the project for that semester, so it is an important aspect of your final grade in PRJ400.
